With climate change worsening, more and more things begin to explicitly be affected by global warming. One of
the many things that we are seeing change is specific foods becoming scarce and animals becoming endangered.
Though many of these things are not directly affecting us, the first couple of things are beginning to clearly have an
impact on our everyday lives. One of these things being sacred to many, coffee. Many scientists are beginning to
spread awareness on the fact that by the year 2050, climate change could kill off the two main coffee varieties we
drink on a daily basis. Though we are in the clear for many other varieties of other coffee strains, these two dying
off could also endanger 60 percent of the planet’s 124 wild coffee plants. Though experts state not to worry, coffee
is not going to be gone forever for while, though the impact of global warming on our food should raise concerns,
experts are researching everyday for a resolution.
