In the 2025 World Series the Los Angeles Dodgers faced off against the Toronto Blue Jays. This
series started in a thrilling Game 1 with the Blue Jays starting the series off with the lead 1-0 as
their bats were clicking against Blake Snell as the Dodgers bats had a quiet game against the
Blue Jays ace Trey Yesavage. In Game 2 of this series the Dodgers bats woke up as Will Smith
as well as Max Muncy had the biggest swings in that game to even the series up 1-1 heading
back to Los Angeles for Game 3. In Game 3 of the fall classic the Dodgers kept their
momentum heading home from Toronto as Game 3 was a back and forth fight but the Dodgers
came back and fought longer as another historic homerun from Freddie Freeman was hit as
Dodgers fans went insane celebrating as the game ended nearly before 12:00 midnight. Later
that day Game 4 was played and as many may have thought both teams may be flat as far as
offense goes but that seemed to not be the case for the Blue Jays as they had came out
swinging and scored 6 runs as the Dodgers were left in the dust only scoring 1 run the whole
game.

Going into Game 5 the Blue Jays had much momentum going into Game 5 as they kept their
poise as they scored 6 runs again in back to back games as they had this series going back to
Toronto with the Dodgers certainly not out but having their backs facing up against the wall with
the loud Toronto crowd. In Game 6 just like Game 2 the Dodgers Ace Yoshinobu Yamamoto
shut down the Toronto bats as they had only scored 1 run as for the Dodgers they had scored 3
runs but the Stars that came up big when it mattered most was Kike Hernandez with a game
ending double play as the ball was hit to him and he caught it with a not so good throw to 2nd
base but Miguel ojas as well as Mookie Betts were there as Miguel Rojas caught the ball and
had stayed on the base with his foot on there just enough time for the runner to be called out
and this game changing play led to the Dodgers winning and forcing a winner takes all win or go
home Game 7. In the win or go home Game 7 for both teams this game was a pitchers duel but
not for long as Bo Bichette had given the Blue Jays a lot of momentum. The Dodgers bats were
shut down for most of the game but not long after the Dodgers had started to string hits together
as these first 2 runs had led to sacrifice flyout runs. Once the 8th inning had started it was
desperation time for the Dodgers as they were down 4-2 with 6 outs left of their season
remaining. The 3 big swings late in the game had started off with Max Muncy hitting a
skyscraping home run to give the Dodgers hope against the Blue Jays Ace Trey Yesavage in
the 8th inning. In the 9th inning the Blue Jays had a 91 percent chance to become champions
since the 90s but not long after Miguel Rojas had a game changing swing to tie the game at 4 a
piece. As the bottom of the 9th inning Blake Snell ame into the game with lots of traffic but
when it mattered most the stars for the Dodgers came up clutch as Dodgers manager Dave
Roberts made a game changing decision and Puts Andy Peges in the game in Center field for
Tommy Edman. On the last out of the game there is a game changing catch in left field as Andy
Pages made an instance catch infront of Kike Hertnandez to keep the Dodgers hopes alive And
to send this gae into extra innings. In the 10 inning there was no action whatsoever but in the
11th inning Will Smith came up clutch with a big swing to make the game 5-4. In the bottom of
the 11th inning there were basses loaded with 1 out as Alejandro Kirk was up as he broke his
bat and hot into a double play to send the Dodgers to the Promise land as the Dodgers repeat
as World Series Champions.

The Dodgers World Series MVP was Yoshinobu Yamamoto as their Road to get to the World
Series was playing the Cincinnati Reds in the Wild Card Round, the Philadelphia Phillies in the
Division Series and the 1 seed Milwaukee Brewers in the championship series. To conclude this
story the Dodgers have repeated as champions as this was a great run for LA but devastating
for Toronto.
