In the final game of the 2025-26 season, also known as the Super Bowl, it will come down to the two last remaining teams. Representing the NFC is the 1st seed Seattle Seahawks and representing the AFC is the 2nd seed New England Patriots. Both of these two teams had standout regular seasons as both teams had finished with records of 14-3. The road for the Seahawks to get to the Lombardi was a bye week in round 1, a win at home in round 2 against the 6th seed, San Francisco 49ers, and a win against the 5th seed Los Angeles Rams. The Patriots have excelled in the Super Bowl in the past, winning 6 Super Bowls with long time franchise quarterback, Tom Brady. This season, the Patriots had 2nd year quarterback, Drake Maye. Their road to the Super Bowl started with a win over the 7th seed Los Angeles Chargers in round 1, a win over the 5th seed Houston Texans in Round 2, and a win over the 1st seed Denver Broncos in the championship round. This game will be played at the home of the San Francisco 49ers, Levi Stadium in Santa Clara California. This game will feature stars such as Seattle Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold, running back Kenneth Walker lll, and star wideout Jaxon Smith-Njigba, as well as the number 1 scoring defense throughout this whole season, including playoffs. For the New England Patriots, they feature stars such as new franchise quarterback Drake Maye, running back TreVeyon Henderson, wide receiver Steffon Diggs, as well as their strong defense. I believe this game will come down to the wire on both sides of the ball, offensively and defensively. To conclude, I believe both teams will fight to the end, but the team I have winning Super Bowl 60 are the Seattle Seahawks and this would be their second Super Bowl win in franchise history.
The Super Bowl is celebrated on the second Sunday of February each year as this event is celebrated in a variety of ways with friends and family. Most of the essentials to a good Super Bowl watch party are good eats and drinks along with a good game. Super Bowl pools, along with a good halftime show, which, this year, will feature a performance by six time grammy award winner and Puerto Rican Star, Bad Bunny.

This year’s Super Bowl was not how people expected it to go, but people have been saying that the Super Bowl was this year’s Conference Championship, which the Seahawks won against the Rams. The Patriots are a good team, obviously. They made it to the playoffs, but I do not think they are going to be able to beat this Seattle team. Throughout the regular season the Patriots only had three games against a playoff team. However, one of those teams is the Bills because they are the Patriots’ division rival, so they know the Bills inside and out due to the fact they play them twice a year, every year. During week 3, they played the Steelers, and the Steelers were not a horrible team this year, but they made the playoffs because each division has to have a representative during the playoffs. The other playoff team was the Panthers, and similarly to the Steelers, the Panthers were in because they were the best record team in the South. The Panthers are also called “the best worst team in the NFL,”. So both games are not very big. They also barely beat a Broncos team without their starting quarterback. I do not think the Patriots can come out on top based off of this, but also because Drake Maye is only in his second year. Therefore, I believe the Seattle Seahawks will beat the New England Patriots this Sunday, February 9th, 2026 in the 60th Super Bowl.
